We are a fairly small, not too serious group, who meet in the leader's house to enjoy reading poems on specific subjects chosen for each month. The subjects are decided on at our first meeting of the U3A year and, although it is sometimes difficult to find poetry exactly relating to a subject, the group members' interpretation of themes can be very interesting and amusing.

An informal discussion regarding the chosen poems and other related ideas takes place during the usual refreshments at the end of the meeting.
