Groups

1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th refer to which week of the month meetings take place. Click on a group's name to find out more about each group's activities.

Groups are largely run on a self-help basis making the most of the expertise of members. Some of the groups encourage individuals in turn to organise a talk or a visit, others depend on the group leader running the activity.

Group meetings take place in members' own homes or in the Westwoods Centre and any fee, ranging from fifty pence to two pounds, is dictated by the venue and whether there is a hiring fee.
